Before the season

You will need to register you players on FA Whole Game system (WGS)

Please note that any player born outside of England will need to be granted International Clearance. This is required for them to be fully registered to the club and play games.

Allow 30 days from when you apply for the clearance to be granted. Leagues may not approve player registrations without this being in place.

A club representative must attend the RDSL AGM. Failure to do so will result in a fine. In addition, each club must attend one monthly management meeting at some point during the season. Clubs are allocated their month to attend at the AGM. Failure to attend this meeting will result in a fine.

Before gameday

The games are played in Home and Away around Reading. You will receive an email confirmation from FA Full time with the game details the week prior to the match. This will also contain whether a referee has been allocated.

If you are the home team, you must contact the opposition and any allocated referee before the end of Tuesday of game week. Failure to do this will result in a fine and the referee being allocated to another game

If you are the away team, you will be contacted by the home team. The away team pays for the referee and pays them after the game on match day.

The RDSL use FA Fulltime. You can find details of leagues, matches etc.

If you are unable to fulfil a fixture you should contact: c.hitt@viginmedia.com

After gameday

This must be done before 13:30 on a Sunday (Gameday) it must include the score, team sending and the referee score (out of 100) in this format: 2-1 CAVA REF 100. In addition to the text you must enter the core into FA Full time - you have to enter the following information:
