Venue: Holybrook Linear Park, Charrington Road, Calcot. RG31 7AW.
· Parking will be £5 - please pass this information on to your parents.
· IMPORTANT – please inform your parents that under no circumstances must they park in the adjoining streets. Access is required for residents and more importantly, for emergency services. This will be monitored by stewards throughout the weekend.
· Any visitors with disabilities or who cannot walk very far please advise a steward.
· We will have a BBQ and a tuck shop running throughout the weekend.
· We accept card and cash throughout the venue.
· Dogs are permitted, as long as they are kept on a lead held by an adult at all times.
