We have made some improvements to our Complaints and Discipline procedures and policies. Led by our new Complaints & Disciplinary Committee (CDC), they act independently from the Club’s Executive Committee.

We encourage you to familiarise yourselves with the expected standards of behaviour and how you can make a complaint if you feel others are in violation of our expected standards. If this involves spectators, players or officials from other clubs and during match days, please ensure a CAFC coach talks to the match officials to get incidents recorded.

We hope you can support the club to help take a firm stance against anti-social behaviour and ensure our kids are exposed to the right values and behaviour.
