Caversham AFC x - x Tilehurst Panthers Stripes

Caversham won their first game in a BCGFL Autumn Cup double header against a resilient Tilehurst Panthers team at Moors Playing Field in Thatcham. The winning goal was brilliantly turned in by Helen Greibig from an Izzy Tyack corner. The only goal of the game was reward for an organised and disciplined performance by Caversham and only some resilient defending and excellent goal keeping prevented Caversham winning the game by a greater margin.
