An even and competitive game saw Caversham secure an away win with a late come back at Boyne Hill's Summerleaze ground. A much improved and well organised Boyne Hill gave Caversham problems in the first half. A good reflex save from Daisy Mifflin kept the score even until Boyne Hill eventually took the lead just before half time. Caversham started the 2nd half much better, but Boyne Hill still looked more likely to score early on. As the game wore on Caversham found their shape and passed the ball much better. A counter attack saw Ruby Lethbridge slip the perfect pass to Isabelle Tyack who equalised for Caversham with a confident and accurate shot. Caversham had the chance to take the lead through a well worked free kick, but then with just a few minutes remaining Ciara Ridge secured a winner through a long range shot that found the top corner of the goal. It was then backs to the wall to hold on for the win.
