Caversham conceded two goals in a minute towards the end of the game to allow Sandhurst Town victory at Clayfield Copse. Caversham continue to improve and provided stiff opposition for a well organised and experienced team from Sandhurst. The first half saw a committed midfield battle with both teams restricted to half chances. A confident performance from Izzy Tyack in goal ensured the game remained even at half time. In the second half Caversham created a number of good chances with Ruby Lethbridge just failing to connect to an excellent cross from Izzy Tyack before Ciara Ridge went close from a free kick on the edge of the box. Late injuries then unsettled both teams, but it was Sandhurst who took advantage, scoring a well worked goal followed up by a second goal immediately from the re-start. Caversham remained composed for the final five minutes, but could not pull a goal back.
