Woodley United x - x Caversham AFC

Caversham won a tense and competitive game against Woodley United at Berkshire County Sports Club in Sonning through an injury time winner by Ciara Ridge. Caversham edged a balanced first half and went into half time ahead after Ruby Lethbridge scored her first goal of the season. Woodley applied a lot of pressure in the second half and as Caversham tired Woodley found the equaliser they deserved. Just as Caversham looked to have secured a hard earned draw the ball broke in injury time to Ciara Ridge, who ran the length of the pitch and calmly beat the keeper to win the game for Caversham.
