Following the Prime Minster's statement this afternoon re: avoiding non-essential contact in an attempt to curb the spread of the coronavirus, Caversham AFC has taken the decision to immediately suspend all training and all matches until further notice. This covers all age groups and training at all venues.

Following the PM's statement, several local leagues (for example the East Berks Football Alliance and the Berkshire Youth Development League) announced that they have suspended their competitions. More Leagues will follow.

The FA has also recommended that all grassroots football is postponed.

As soon as the situation changes we will let coaches/teams know.
